This insurance policy covers the legal liability that the insured is responsible for paying a compensation for others, for causing any accidental bodily injures to others (including death, illness or disability) as well as a compensation for any loss or damage to a third party property that arises in the course of the insured's performance work and activities.
According to the Saudi Labor Law, every employer is responsible for their employees and for the accidents that occur to employee while performing their work, and the law determines the amount of compensation to be paid in each case due to the situation, for example, in cases of death or disability. Here comes the role of the work injury insurance policy to cover these compensations, in addition to cover emergency medical expenses and the daily wage for the employee or worker for the duration of their absence from work due to the accident. This policy contract provides protection for the employer against all these responsibilities toward employees through two main covers:
First: Relates to insurance coverage according to the benefits to be paid under the Saudi Labor Law or the Islamic provisions.
Second: Relates to coverage according to the benefits required to be paid under the Saudi Labor Law and the Islamic provisions, in a way that exceeds the compensation available within the framework of the benefits established under the General Organization for Social Insurance.

This policy insurance covers the financial losses that the employer may face as a result of any act of fraud or dishonesty committed by any employee in the workplace. This type of policy is appropriate to cover breach of trust, especially for some categories of employees such as cashiers, financial accountants and warehouse keepers ... etc., given the responsibilities of their jobs in dealing with cash or inventory.
