GGCI | Submit a Claim

Dear Client,

You can submit a Third party vehicle claim or a Comprehensive claim through the following channels:

- Submit your claim through GGI's Claim page

- Submit your claim through GGI's Mobile App

Medical Insurance Claim Third-Party Motor Claim Comprehensive Motor Claim

According to the cooperative health insurance policy as Approved by Ministerial Decision No. R/1/18/3 dated 12/05/1439H.

No cash reimbursement for non-emergency claims.
No cash reimbursement for dental and optical claims.
In case the cash claim has been accepted and approved, all related original documents must be delivered to the authorized GGI offices in order to complete the payment process.

Original itemized invoices (service & cost)
Investigation’s result (x-ray, laboratory, etc.)
Original Doctor’s prescription
Original itemized pharmacy invoices (specified)
